This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity in this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient movement of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and timely shipments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate various material handling equipment. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

Approx. $21.00 hourly| Paid weekly via 1099

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 6AM - 2:30PM, until finished Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately using RF scanners and order pickers Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system (WMS) and AS400 platform Ensure proper stock rotation and organize storage areas for optimal space utilization Assist with order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics carriers and scheduling deliveries Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and prepare shipping documentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications Computer skills and data entry. Previous warehouse experience with a focus on shipping & receiving operations Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar platforms Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipping weights Experience with e-commerce order processing is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in stocking, picking, and packing tasks Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external carriers Requirements Must clear background, E-Verify, and Drug Screening. Steel toe boots and safety vest
