$38k - $43k Responsibilities and skills needed include: Ability to follow manufacturing instructions to build, assemble, package and ship various technology components including PCs, switches, media player devices, interactive kiosks and more. Ability to learn inventory tracking software and follow documented processes for shipping and receiving. Experience with manufacturing software such as Fishbowl a plus. Maintain a clean and clutter-free working environment this includes delivery distribution and packaging breakdown (and disposal). Ensure demo hardware is in good working order and condition. Coordinate with others, i.e. development and or creative team members for their support as needed. Have good interpersonal skills to work closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Operational Support. Produce various reports as needed. Review reports and follow up internally and with partner vendors on open items to ensure open items are received and completed. Facilitate and assist incoming deliveries, both via FedEx/UPS and Freight Shipments. Process logistic claims as needed. Additional job duties as assigned. Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times. Prepare mailing labels and shipping documents corresponding to shipping needs.
