This role plays a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently to support daily business operations. This position will also assist with final assembly as needed. Responsibilities Prepare customer orders for shipment by accurately picking, packing, and labeling products to ensure timely and error-free delivery. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and document any shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Organize, stock, and maintain inventory to maximize warehouse efficiency and ensure products are readily accessible for order fulfillment. Utilize basic math skills to accurately calculate weights, measurements, and quantities during shipping and inventory processes. Follow established safety procedures, proper packaging standards, and equipment operating guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Perform final assembly work during slow shipping times.

Who You Are Required Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. in compliance with ITAR regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field. Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including order picking, packing, inventory control, and shipment preparation. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills with ability to accurately calculate weights, measurements, quantities, and shipping-related data. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with coworkers, vendors, and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce fulfillment operations preferred

Work Environment:

Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Standing for long periods, lifting, and bending may be required. Some shifts may involve overtime or weekend work based on production schedules.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
