The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing items for shipment, comparing identifying information and counts, weighs items outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, orders, and other records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. Ensuring inventory accuracy after shipment, identifying stock discrepancies, and reporting issues shipping and receiving manager or shipping coordinator Provides audit support on verification of materials vs. pack Responsible and processing for shipments, pre labeling, fed ex labels, and BOL's. Maintains a clean and neat work area Provides additional backup support for shipping departments. Validating inventory accuracy in staging area to ensure accuracy Executing proper material movements in ERP System (Epicor) Ensure compliance with safety, proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and professional standards within the facility. All other duties assigned by management

LANGUAGE SKILLS
English - Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED. Previous warehouse experience minimum 1 year experience Good communication and organizational skills. Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations Experience operating forklifts. Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs. Basic math skills
