Receiving Clerk Max Private Label Streamwood, IL Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Warehouse experience Materials handling Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Summary Max Private Label, QHP manufactures, distributes, and markets beauty and personal care products worldwide. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming raw materials, packaging components, supplies, and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient warehouse operations located in Streamwood, IL. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documents. Inspect deliveries for quantity, damage, labeling, and discrepancies. Record receipts accurately in the company's inventory ERP system (Sage 100). Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse personnel regarding shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments. Ensure received materials are properly identified, labeled, and placed in designated storage locations. Maintain organized receiving documentation and inventory records. Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed. Follow company procedures for handling raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Support compliance with company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience using inventory, ERP (Sage 100), or warehouse management systems preferred. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and delivery personnel. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred . Duties as assigned. Work Environment Warehouse and manufacturing environment. Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the workday. Must follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Ready to build the future with us?
