As the owner/operator, I'm building the company from the ground up and looking for an additional team member to help scale operations. Position Overview I'm hiring an Assembly & Shipping Associate to handle core day-to-day production and fulfillment tasks at the office. This hands-on role focuses primarily on assembling products, packaging orders, shipping, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Assemble firearms parts and accessories according to specifications and quality standards Package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Pack orders accurately and efficiently Manage inventory levels, restock products, and place orders as needed Transport packages to the post office or other carriers (reliable personal transportation required) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with general shop tasks and help improve processes as the business grows Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation (for regular post office runs) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (shipping software, simple inventory tools, etc.) Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a small, growing company Availability Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm Preferred Qualifications (not required) Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or shipping Familiarity with firearms or shooting sports Knowledge of basic inventory management
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range :
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience and skills) General benefits: Paid time off (prorated for part-time), potential performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth as the company expands. No health, dental, vision, or retirement. This is a part-time position (approx. 20-35 hours/week) with the potential to grow into full-time as the company scales. Hours are flexible within Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. Important Notes Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident) due to the nature of our products and potential ITAR compliance requirements for design-related work.
