Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that all products are properly received, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help maintain seamless warehouse operations, optimize inventory management, and support overall supply chain effectiveness. Duties Receive incoming shipments by verifying delivery documentation and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems software to log inventory movements accurately Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and ensuring proper documentation for shipping logistics Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Manage inventory levels through data entry, stock replenishment, and cycle counts using inventory management software Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Maintain accurate records of all shipping & receiving activities, including inbound/outbound logs, incident reports, and audit documentation Ensure packaging meets safety standards and protects goods during transit while adhering to shipping regulations Support order fulfillment processes by accurately selecting items for customer orders using picking & packing techniques Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment conducive to efficient warehouse operations Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with a focus on shipping & receiving functions Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations for international trade Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams Ability to perform data entry with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments Knowledge of packaging standards to ensure safe transportation of goods Prior experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable Join us in delivering excellence in logistics! Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
