Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as a Shipping Clerk, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will drive the smooth flow of shipments and inventory management. In this vital role, you will coordinate shipping and receiving operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and uphold trade compliance standards. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient warehouse distribution processes, support international trade regulations, and enhance customer satisfaction through timely deliveries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring products reach their destinations seamlessly. Duties Prepare and process outbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to ensure accuracy and efficiency Verify shipping documents, labels, and compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse Pack products securely for shipment using proper packaging techniques aligned with shipping logistics requirements Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve shipping & receiving issues promptly and efficiently Utilize data entry skills to update shipment records, track orders via ERP systems, and generate reports for management Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics environments with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, weights, and measurements Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate shipping records Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus Physical ability to load & unload shipments, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as needed Embark on a career that keeps products moving efficiently across the globe! Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
