Herb Room Associate Shipping, Stocking, Receiving Job description: We are a naturopathic doctor's office in Portsmouth, NH. Human Nature Natural Health has a focus on comprehensive natural care and oncology. The Herb Room is our natural pharmacy/dispensary for our patients. We are seeking a professional, independent, critical thinker and friendly team member in our busy naturopathic medical practice.

Duties:

• Processing and pulling supplement orders for pick up
• Filling and packing orders for shipping, processing shipments
• Discussing orders with patients as needed to process and clarify orders, receive payments and resolve any questions
• Consistent communication with doctors, purchasing manager, and front desk, as needed
• Receiving inventory, scanning and filing received documents to purchasing manager
• Putting inventory away, rotating stock in storage rooms
• Stocking and facing products in the Herb Room
• Maintaining FIFO for all supplements in stock rooms and herb room
• Making in house formulas, as needed
• Tracking and managing Herb Room and office supplies
• Tracking and managing stock of non-inventory items (shipping supplies, tinctures, made in house formula ingredients/ supplies)
• Assist purchasing manager with counting inventory annually (this is done throughout the week before end of year break).

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented, able to lift 50 lbs, take direction well, independent worker, organized, clean.
• This job requires standing, kneeling, reaching, grasping, turning, bending and using a step stool and ladder to reach and shift products as necessary.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Must exude professionalism and warmth when working with both coworkers and customers, over the phone, email, and in person
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Attendance and punctuality are critical in this position.
• Some experience in retail/stocking preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED We are a scent-free facility.
