Position Overview The Warehouse/Shipping Associate plays a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders (UPS/Fedex and truck shipments) Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory Palletize and wrap orders for shipment Maintain an organized warehouse space and clean environment daily Inspect products and shipments for quality, damages, or defects Verify and fill customer invoices Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts Follow company safety and hygiene standards at all times Suggest improvements to warehouse efficiency and processes What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or shipping experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team player with a positive, dependable work ethic Comfortable operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar equipment Why Join Us Work with a supportive, family-owned company Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to grow within the business Employee discounts on our products A stable, full-time position in a growing company
