Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Receiving Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management, proper packaging, and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to ensure proper stocking, order picking, and order fulfillment processes are followed Ensure compliance with shipping logistics regulations, including trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable Conduct routine warehouse safety checks, manage stock levels, and support inventory management efforts using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock control Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and external carriers Join us in a role that keeps the wheels of our supply chain turning smoothly!
