consideration We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. This hands on role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and moving materials throughout the facility while maintaining safety and accuracy. Must have experience in working in chemical manufacturing. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and shipments Prepare, package, label, and stage orders for shipment Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently Verify shipments for accuracy and report damaged or missing items Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized Follow all SOP, safety, and quality procedures Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed Qualifications Chemical manufacturing experience required. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable with a strong focus on safety and teamwork Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lodi, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
