Job Overview Technology Gadgets Store is looking for a dependable and organized Shipping Operations Assistant to support our daily order processing and shipping activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with products, organizing orders, and helping keep warehouse and shipping operations running smoothly. No previous experience is required. Training will be provided to help you learn our procedures and systems. Responsibilities Prepare customer orders for shipment and verify order information Pick, pack, label, and organize products for outgoing deliveries Print shipping labels and prepare necessary documentation Assist with receiving incoming products and supplies Check packages for accuracy and proper condition before shipment Update order and shipment information in internal systems Organize products and shipping materials in designated areas Help track shipments and report delivery or order issues Communicate with team members regarding order priorities and shipping schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Follow company procedures for handling and shipping merchandise Perform other general shipping and operations support tasks as needed Requirements No previous shipping or warehouse experience required Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately Good organizational and time-management skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail About the Position As a Shipping Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in making sure customer orders are processed accurately and prepared for delivery on time. This is a hands-on position with a mix of shipping, order processing, inventory support, and general operations responsibilities.

Pay:

$22.50 - $23.50 per hour
