Part-Time Order Fulfillment Associate Truly Inspired Paper Co. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Order Fulfillment Associate to join our small, creative team! We create beautiful, custom wedding invitations and stationery for couples all across the country. This position is an important part of making sure our customers receive orders that are accurate, beautifully packaged, and ready to celebrate. What You'll Do Pick, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment Carefully package wedding invitations, stationery, and other paper products Assemble and package custom orders according to customer specifications Check orders for accuracy and quality before they leave our studio Print and apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup Organize inventory and keep the fulfillment area clean and orderly Assist with folding, counting, sorting, labeling, and other light production tasks Work with the team to meet shipping deadlines, particularly during busy wedding seasons Handle finished stationery with care to prevent damage, smudging, or creasing Occasionally assist with other tasks around our print and stationery operation What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Extremely detail-oriented — small details matter when you're working with wedding stationery! Reliable and punctual Organized and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks Comfortable working with your hands and standing/moving throughout the workday Able to follow written instructions carefully Comfortable working independently once trained A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks such as printing labels and checking orders Someone who takes pride in producing neat, accurate work Previous fulfillment, shipping, print, production, or retail experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Schedule This is a part-time position , with approximately 15-25 hours per week . Schedule can be flexible for the right candidate, but weekday availability is preferred. Why Work With Us?
