The Impact You'll Make As our Shipping Clerk / Data Entry Clerk, you'll be the bridge between our busy manufacturing floor and our office operations. You'll ensure that products leave our facility on time, in perfect condition, and with accurate documentation. Your attention to detail will keep our production flow smooth, our customers happy, and our records spotless. What You'll Do Spend about 75% of your time on the shop floor preparing, packing, and labeling outgoing shipments in a heavy manufacturing environment. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment to move products safely. Verify shipment contents against work orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy. Create and print shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation. Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. Spend about 25% of your time in the office entering shipment data into our ERP system, updating inventory records, and maintaining shipping logs. Communicate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies. Keep work areas organized, safe, and compliant with company and OSHA standards. What You'll Bring Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations—manufacturing experience Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed; experience with ERP or shipping software preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods. Comfort working in a heavy, fast-paced manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. A detail-oriented mindset—you double-check your work and take pride in getting it right. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
