Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping Station Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, accurate shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, order picking, packing, and operating various material handling equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting e-commerce and distribution activities.

•Must have ShipStation Software experience. Responsibilities Prepare and package orders accurately for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts to load and unload goods Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process shipments Manage stock levels through stocking, inventory counts, and replenishment activities Assist with order fulfillment using order picker tools and MRP systems to ensure timely delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders using AS400 or similar systems Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Use basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations during packing and shipping tasks Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred, especially in distribution centers or e-commerce fulfillment environments Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs is a plus Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and order processing Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Shipstation Software a must.
