Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Helper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required for loading and unloading shipments. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and processing orders. Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment Collaborate with other employees to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Participate in picking & packing orders accurately while adhering to quality control measures. Support the shipping & receiving department by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, however is not required Familiarity with inventory management practices and systems is essential. Ability to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) occasionally Proficient in using RF scanners for tracking inventory movements. Knowledge of packaging standards and order fulfillment processes is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fun environment.
