Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and promptly. Your expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping logistics will help us maintain seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Duties Manage the shipping and receiving processes using inventory management software integrated with Shopify, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail in packaging, labeling, and documentation to meet international trade regulations when applicable Coordinate with management to optimize stock levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment efficiency Maintain organized storage areas by stocking products properly, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating records in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems Monitor shipping logistics to ensure timely deliveries, track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with carriers and customers Support warehouse operations by performing data entry tasks related to order processing, stock movements, and shipment tracking Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, or ERP systems within a warehouse or distribution environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and international trade regulations Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries related to order status or shipment issues Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Shopify Shipping and Receiving Clerk where your dedication ensures smooth operations from stock intake to delivery.
