Warehouse Manager El Barbas Hats Chula Vista, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Team leadership Warehouse management experience Leading team collaboration initiatives Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor Full Job Description Responsibilities Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly Manage inventory levels and flag items that need restocking Supervise the warehouse crew — assign tasks, set the pace, and follow up on work Receive incoming shipments and verify counts against orders Oversee packing and outgoing orders to make sure they ship on time Maintain accurate records of stock and shipments Requirements Previous experience managing a warehouse, stockroom, or distribution operation Proven ability to lead a team and hold people accountable Strong organization and attention to detail Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift Must be able to communicate in Spanish — our warehouse team communicates in Spanish daily. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Full-time availability, Monday through Friday Authorized to work in the United States Compensation $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
