We are operating our first U.S. warehouse and service center in the Los Angeles area which powers our logistics, distribution, and after-sales network across North America. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and includes working some evenings and weekends. You will play a mission-critical role in managing this facility: overseeing logistics and inventory to ensure every dealer and customer enjoys a premium experience. This role requires operational excellence and attention to detail, and is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on supporting teams and processes. The role offers a clear advancement path as XDS expands across North America.

What You'll Do:

1. Warehouse Operations and Logistics Assist with daily operations at our 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Downey Oversee inventory, inbound/outbound logistics, and shipping efficiency Reinforce SOPs for receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and returns Help manage relationships with carriers, 3PL vendors, and customs partners 2.
