Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision.   • Manage a team of quality inspectors for both commercial and military orders and contracts
  • Determine and set daily priorities for each team member
  • Manage the team's execution against daily activities and company initiatives
  • Conduct inventory counts and perform data entry on PCX's inventory system to maintain stock information
  • Pick, Pack, and Ship outgoing orders based on Customer Sales Orders
  • Complete inventory stock checks
  • Maintain PCX core values and principles while managing the Warehouse Floor Operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all ESD measures are adhered to in accordance with Warehouse Operations work instructions or procedures
  • Address any order related issues and escalate as necessary to the Management Team for resolution
  • Assist in managing existing facility and warehouse supply vendors as appropriate. Provide input about existing vendors that may impact their rating on the Approved Vendor list.
  • Coordinate with purchasing on incoming products to Purchase Orders (verifying quantity, part numbers, condition, package type, and date code information)
  • Identify and document any non-conformance issues with incoming products
  • Perform product inspection for outgoing orders
  • Identify and document any non-conformance issues with outgoing orders
  • Assist and manage in shipping, receiving, and quality control functions per work instructions
  • Perform and document inventory counts (full or cycle counts) on a regular basis
  • Conduct research and reconcile product discrepancies as required by Sales or Purchasing Teams
  • Process RMA orders and re-stocks products as necessary
  • Regularly maintain cleanliness of work area and the warehouse to PCX's ISO Standards
  • Follow all company-wide and departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Backfill open positions within 45 days of vacancy. Lead interview process and coordinate new hire orientation and on boarding process.
  • Maintain daily warehouse metrics Team Objectives
  • Assist in Developing, maintaining, and control of departmental work instructions
Individual Objectives:
  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics of: o Oversee & Inventory PCX stock & consignment items at 50 lines per day o Pick, Pack, and Ship outgoing orders at a rate of 5 orders per day.
o Complete inventory stock checks within 20 minutes Compile and maintain departmental performance metrics and submit daily Skills Extensive experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, or warehouse supervision Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (such as WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication Proven ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills Skilled in process improvement methodologies like lean management and/or ISO concepts of continual improvement to enhance operational efficiency Deeply detail oriented and be highly organized Deep understanding of logistics principles including shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling best practices Willing and able to roll up your sleeves to help receive, pack, and ship materials right along side the front line team Join us as a Warehouse Manager where your leadership will energize our operations! Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
