As our production and order volume continues to increase, we're looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations and lead our production and fulfillment team. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, notices problems before they become emergencies, and isn't afraid to take initiative. • Teamwork Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse, production, shipping, and fulfillment operations Lead the warehouse team and communicate daily priorities and expectations Ensure production goals are met and customer orders ship accurately and on time Manage shipping labels and shipping-day workflow Conduct weekly inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory records Monitor supply levels, anticipate future needs, and prevent stockouts Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse Train employees and hold team members accountable to company standards Identify operational problems and take initiative to resolve them Respond to customer service emails and handle day-to-day operational issues Communicate important updates, needs, and concerns directly with the CEO Assist with production and fulfillment when needed What We're Looking For Previous management, warehouse, production, fulfillment, or operations experience Strong leadership and communication skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and accountable Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and initiative Able to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Comfortable giving direction and addressing performance issues Experience with inventory management and spreadsheets E-commerce or Shopify experience is a plus Positive, professional, and respectful team attitude Requirements Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
