We are seeking an experienced Loading Manager for a cold storage facility in Brighton CO, The Loading Manager will provide management support to the department and assist in other departments as needed. Includes, but is not limited to: Manages the associates in the Department, Shipping and Office Clerks of the warehouse. Takes roll call, fill out times on daily schedule. Reports attendance issues Works closely with lead dispatch and yard goat. Assigns duties to employees and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations. Schedules and performs periodic evaluations of employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policies. Assist other warehouse floor supervisors and associates in warehouse, policies, departmental procedures, and job duties. Coordinate dock doors & trailers in the yard. Ensure store departures are met, delagate loading and down stacking assignments. Follow up on customer concerns/complaints, examines discrepancy reports, and resolutions to restore and promote good public relations with the client. Promotes a positive work environment while also being a team builder. Work closely with staff to ensure that quality & productivity requirements are maintained and communicated to each associate. Overall responsibility for the supervision of good sanitation practices throughout the warehouse/offices. Supervise the practice of seal policies placed on loads. Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs. other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Some college level management education is preferred but not necesssary so long as there is 2 years of Warehouse Supervising in the wholesale industry preferred. High level of computer (Microsoft Office, Excel) and WMS system literacy Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the
