Job Summary Koki Holdings America is seeking an experienced and results-driven Outbound Logistics Manager to lead our outbound distribution operations. This role is responsible for managing the shipment, distribution, and delivery of finished goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient dispatch operations, and on-time customer deliveries while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Responsibilities Lead daily outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch activities. Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Monitor shipping schedules and transportation timelines to achieve on-time delivery targets. Proactively resolve shipping and delivery issues to minimize service disruptions. Coordinate transportation planning and outbound logistics activities. Optimize routes, loads, and carrier utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Manage carrier relationships and monitor service performance. Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and transportation providers. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy. Optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes and outbound workflows. Ensure shipment accuracy, inventory integrity, and proper documentation. Maintain compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, SOPs, and safety requirements. Conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Promote a safe and productive work environment. Support forecasting, capacity planning, and strategic operational initiatives. Other duties may apply Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse, or transportation management. 3+ years leadership experience managing warehouse, logistics, or distribution teams. Experience operation a forklift Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and operational reporting. Experience within a manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution environment. Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred. Knowledge of transportation regulations and carrier management. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the distribution facility for extended periods. Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative and analytical duties. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and operating office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in person and via telephone. Requires average to above-average visual acuity and hearing to safely perform job duties and review operational data and documentation.
