DELIVERY & INSTALLATION MUST-HAVES

(Non-Negotiable): 5+ years of verifiable appliance installation experience 3+ years management experience Deep local market ties for recruiting drivers & installers Valid driver's license + clean MVR The Role Lead our delivery & installation team and own the operation from dispatch to doorstep. You'll manage drivers running box trucks, enforce white-glove standards, and build a crew that delivers appliances safely, on time, and with service that wows customers. What You'll Do Run the

Floor:

Schedule routes, manage teams along side dispatch, and optimize daily coverage. Lead the

Team:

Hire, train, and coach drivers/installers—ride-alongs, performance reviews, and one-on-ones included.

Own Safety & Compliance:

Enforce

DOT/FMCSA

rules, monitor MVRs, conduct safety meetings, and keep the fleet inspection-ready.

Deliver Excellence:

Uphold white-glove installation standards, handle customer escalations, and protect our reputation.

Drive Results:

Track KPIs (on-time %, damage rates, CSAT) and fix what's broken. Work the

Warehouse:

Partner with inventory teams on staging, loading, and order accuracy.

Get Your Hands Dirty:

Jump in on heavy lifts, installs, or routes when the team needs backup. What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on appliance installation experience (verifiable) Deep roots in the local market —you know where to find great drivers and installers fast Proven leadership in logistics, last-mile delivery, or home services Deep understanding of customer satisfaction in-the-home Commercial driving experience (box truck) with a clean MVR Sharp knowledge of DOT regs, driver safety, and fleet compliance Tech comfort with basic office apps Scheduling and dispatching Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work alongside your crew High school diploma or equivalent (logistics/safety certifications a plus) Bilingual preferred, but not required The Payoff
