Parts Warehouse Manager Zeigler Auto Group Total Compensation:

- 80,000 per year (Salary + Commission) Zeigler Auto Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on Parts Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive parts warehouse and lead a team of warehouse associates and drivers.
We are ideally seeking someone with automotive, dealership, parts, distribution, or warehouse management experience who understands the importance of efficiency, communication, organization, and exceptional customer service. This is an opportunity for a strong leader to take ownership of a busy automotive parts warehouse, evaluate current operations, improve processes, and help build a staffing structure that supports the needs of the business. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of our automotive parts warehouse
- Manage inbound and outbound parts deliveries
- Lead and oversee approximately 7-8 warehouse employees
- Manage and coordinate drivers and delivery schedules
- Oversee warehouse personnel working various shifts, including early morning/overnight and evening coverage
- Monitor workflow, productivity, inventory movement, and overall efficiency
- Ensure parts and deliveries are handled accurately, safely, and on time
- Help determine appropriate staffing levels and scheduling based on business needs
- Develop and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with warehouse employees, drivers, leadership, and other departments
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
- Hold team members accountable while creating a positive and productive work environment What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive parts, dealership, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations experience preferred
- Automotive/dealership experience is a strong plus
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage employees across multiple shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Reliable, accountable, and willing to be hands-on when needed Schedule The initial schedule will be flexible/fluid as the manager learns the operation, evaluates business needs, and determines the appropriate staffing structure.
The long-term schedule will transition to a more stable Monday-Friday schedule once the operation and staffing model are established. The manager will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations throughout the day, including early morning/overnight personnel and employees working into the evening. Compensation $60,000
- 80,000 total annual compensation, including salary and commission.
