Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to procure and oversee inventory. In this vital role, you will be responsible for purchasing, shipping and receiving. You will track parts and equipment, to ensure the field techs have what they need to complete service and install jobs, as well as ensuring any parts used during a job are accounted for on the work tickets so that they can be billed. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and foster a team-oriented environment that promotes safety, accuracy, and profitability. Duties Perform daily warehouse operations, including purchasing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Coordinate with logistics providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and communicate delivery schedules to Sales, and the PM / Field Tech Manager. Oversee the operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste across warehouse workflows. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Experience in purchasing roles and possess initiative to investigate best sourcing practices to minimize cost. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn and navigate vendor's websites for ordering purposes. Excellent communication skills with a disposition to work professionally and respect co-workers, customers, and vendors alike. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks, and climb ladders as required by warehouse activities; comfortable working both in the warehouse and behind a desk. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
