We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Center Manager / Dispatcher to join our operations team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is just beginning their logistics career, and enjoys problem-solving, route optimization, customer service, and managing a fast-paced transportation operation. In this role, you will coordinate deliveries and dispatch for a fleet of 15-30 drivers, helping ensure customers receive safe, reliable, and on-time fuel deliveries every day. Responsibilities ✅ Dispatch 15-30 delivery drivers ✅ Build and optimize delivery routes ✅ Monitor driver performance and delivery progress ✅ Manage same-day schedule adjustments ✅ Coordinate customer delivery requests ✅ Ensure efficient equipment utilization ✅ Maintain service levels and delivery commitments ✅ Utilize ADD Systems E3 for routing, scheduling, and dispatch operations ✅ Work closely with operations leadership to improve efficiency and customer service Qualifications ADD Systems E3 experience strongly preferred, not critical Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Strong Microsoft Office proficiency Experience working with drivers, transportation teams, or delivery operations is highly desirable Schedule Tuesday-Saturday What We Offer Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Retirement benefits Career advancement opportunities Professional development Stable, growing company with long-term growth potential

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
