Lead the
Team:
Direct, coach, and develop an administrative and customer service/billing team to maintain high accuracy and performance standards. Master the
Operations:
Oversee all warehouse administrative functions, inventory records, shipping/receiving documentation, and office workflows. Own the
Billing:
Supervise invoicing processes, reconcile billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate, timely client billing in alignment with company policies. Bridge the
Gap:
Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations, corporate departments, and external clients to ensure seamless communication.
Drive Efficiency:
Conduct regular process audits, analyze administrative data, and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce errors.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or billing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Background in logistics, transportation, or third-party warehousing (3PL) preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and billing software. Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. How to

Manage daily office procedures, inventory documentation, shipping/receiving records, and customer support activities.
Billing & Financial Management:
Supervise the end-to-end billing process; review and reconcile invoicing discrepancies; maintain quality control and policy compliance.
Team Leadership & Development:
Assign tasks, monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing mentorship to administrative and billing staff.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
Act as the central point of contact between warehouse operations, client management, corporate finance, and external vendors.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
Audit administrative records, track key metrics (billing accuracy, workflow efficiency), analyze trends, and present performance insights to leadership.
