As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and team. Be a leader. Join the Revolution! Position Overview The Warehouse Manager / Driver is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading and developing the warehouse team, managing inventory and logistics, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining company vehicles. This role requires a strong leader who can keep operations running efficiently while ensuring materials and equipment are ready for daily solar installations. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team. Manage warehouse operations, including organization, cleanliness, safety, and workflow. Receive, organize, pull, stage, and track solar materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts and inventory tracking. Schedule and coordinate daily delivery routes to job sites. Safely operate box trucks, dump trucks, forklifts, and other equipment as needed. Coordinate routine maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles. Monitor team and vehicle readiness to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Maintain accurate warehouse, delivery, and vehicle records. Use company CRM and computer systems to manage inventory and logistics. Communicate daily with operations and back-office teams regarding inventory, deliveries, staffing, and vehicle status. Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety, equipment, and company standards. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications 3-6 years of previous warehouse, logistics, or operations management experience. Proven experience leading and supervising a team. Forklift experience required. Experience operating box trucks and/or dump trucks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Solar, construction, electrical, or building-materials experience is a plus.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
