Direct Hire Salary:

$90,000-$100,000 +

Bonus Shift:

1st Shift | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM AWS/CES is seeking an experienced Production Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation in Hebron, Ohio. This position will oversee approximately 30 associates and 2 Team Leads and is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong warehouse, production, and team management experience. What You'll Do Manage and lead a team of approximately 30 associates and 2 Team Leads Oversee daily warehouse and production operations Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and operational goals are met Coach, train, and develop team members Monitor workflow and staffing to maintain efficient operations Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed Work closely with leadership to meet production and business goals Maintain a hands-on leadership presence on the warehouse floor What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role Experience managing a large team in a warehouse or production environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment Experience with material handling, inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehouse processes ⭐ Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are highly preferred: Catalytic converters Scrap metal or recycling Automotive recycling Junkyard or salvage yard operations Similar industrial or materials processing environments If you're an experienced warehouse or production leader looking for a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive salary and bonus structure , we want to hear from you!
