Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Warehouse Manager to independently oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for order fulfillment, receiving, inventory, shipping, delivery coordination, route planning, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, using computer systems, managing changing priorities, and balancing physical warehouse responsibilities with shipping and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Manage daily warehouse activities, workflow, and priorities independently. Pull, verify, pack, and stage customer orders accurately. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, condition, and documentation. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment according to safety procedures. Inspect outgoing orders for accuracy and proper packaging. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Monitor inventory levels and investigate shortages, discrepancies, or damaged products. Logistics & Delivery Coordination Plan daily and weekly delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time and costs. Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and freight shipments with drivers, carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams. Prioritize deliveries based on customer deadlines, order readiness, geography, vehicle capacity, and other operational needs. Prepare delivery manifests, bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and other required documentation. Track orders from fulfillment through delivery and communicate any delays or issues. Coordinate truck loading and sequencing to support safe and efficient deliveries. Compare shipping and carrier options when needed. Operate company vehicles for deliveries or pickups when required and when properly licensed. Maintain accurate shipping, delivery, and freight records. Inventory & Administrative Responsibilities Enter orders, inventory movements, shipping information, and delivery details into company systems. Use email, spreadsheets, inventory software, and order-management systems to support daily operations. Maintain accurate inventory, receiving, shipping, and delivery records. Communicate regularly with management and office staff regarding inventory, deliveries, and operational needs. Perform other warehouse, logistics, and facility-related duties as assigned. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, or related operations. Previous experience independently managing warehouse operations preferred. Current forklift certification required. Experience loading/unloading trucks and operating material-handling equipment. Experience with delivery route planning, shipment coordination, or pickup scheduling preferred. Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, Microsoft Excel, and inventory/order-management systems. Ability to accurately process orders, packing slips, manifests, bills of lading, and shipping documentation. Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, make day-to-day decisions, and adapt to changing priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 50-75 pounds . Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment. Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Ability to safely load and secure products for transportation.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
