WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll work alongside the Warehouse Manager to keep the operation moving while identifying smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to get the job done. Daily Responsibilities Lead receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory operations Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates Monitor productivity and improve workflow efficiency Coordinate staffing to meet daily shipping goals Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits Improve warehouse organization, layout, and material flow Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development

HELP BUILD THE FUTURE OF THE WAREHOUSE

This isn't just another warehouse management position. You'll play a major role in implementing new technology and improving warehouse operations.

You'll Help Lead:

Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation RF Scanner deployment and optimization Barcode labeling and location management Warehouse slotting strategies Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development Inventory optimization Process improvement projects System testing and employee training Collaboration with IT and Operations during system upgrades

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for a leader who enjoys solving problems and making operations better every day. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) RF Scanner and barcode technology experience Strong inventory control and cycle counting knowledge Experience managing warehouse teams Microsoft Excel proficiency Excellent leadership and communication skills Forklift experience is a plus
