This role owns the online store from the back end to the shipping dock, and directly supervises our Fulfillment team. What You'll Do Manage and fully run company webstores (Shopify and Order My Gear), including back-end setup and configuration Run webstore reporting and monitor store performance Oversee inventory management and setup for webstore products Manage shipping supply inventory and reordering Serve as primary point of contact for client communication on webstore/order matters Source and evaluate new products for development Administer existing vendor and client contracts (tracking terms, renewals, and compliance) Own and maintain webstore systems and platform integrations (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation) Supervise the Fulfillment Team Member(s), including day-to-day direction of their work Coordinate with other team leaders to bring on additional support during high-volume periods (e.g., large donor or event orders) Coordinate with the Fulfillment department to keep orders moving on schedule Produce product photos for webstore listings Step in to ship orders during periods of high volume and/or to provide coverage for the Fulfillment Team Member Nice to Have Experience creating product mock-ups Customer service experience Broader product development experience What We're Looking For Experience running or managing an ecommerce platform (Shopify preferred) Comfortable with vendor/client communication and contract administration Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred Organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple ongoing priorities ShipStation experience a plus

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
