Position Summary The Warehouse Administrator manages the daily flow of customer orders from entry through shipment while serving as the link between Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Shipping. This position supports order accuracy, workflow coordination, inventory control, timely issue resolution, on-time fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Schedule/Hours - 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F, hours may vary depending on workload Essential Duties and Responsibilities Order Processing and Workflow Coordination
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
- Distribute sales orders to the order processing team.
- Assign sales orders to order pickers and maintain an accurate master tracking log.
- Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize orders based on customer needs and operational capacity.
- Monitor order progress and ensure established timelines are followed. Communication and Customer Service
- Serve as a communication link between Sales, Warehouse Operations, Shipping, and customers.
- Communicate order status, delays, and shipment information with customers, sales representatives, and warehouse personnel.
- Resolve order, shipping, and customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate daily with the Sales and Packaging teams regarding order status, priorities, and workflow needs. Reporting and Capacity Planning
- Maintain order tracking logs, reports, and workflow dashboards.
- Build daily dashboard reports displaying historical and future capacity metrics.
- Maintain an understanding of order processing capacity and use available information to support daily workflow planning. Inventory Coordination
- Process inventory adjustments and support inventory accuracy initiatives as directed by the Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to order assignments and inventory adjustments. General Responsibilities
- Follow applicable standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties, projects, and assignments as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of warehouse experience required.
- Working knowledge of verbal and written English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in manufacturing operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, if required.

Pay:
