If this sounds like you, here's what success in this role looks like: After 30 days You've learned our warehouse operations and built relationships with the Team Leads. Team members know they can come to you for guidance. After 90 days You're coordinating daily priorities with minimal direction. Routine operational questions are being resolved without needing to involve the Director of Operations. Communication between Production and Shipping is smoother. After 6 months The warehouse runs consistently even when unexpected challenges arise. Team Leads are growing under your leadership. You've identified opportunities to improve efficiency and helped implement them.
