In this role, you will analyze performance across distribution, logistics, and customer service, identify gaps, and implement process improvements that drive safety, service, and cost efficiency. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll standardize best practices, leverage data to optimize capacity and inventory, and champion a safety- and performance-driven culture. You will present insights to leadership, build business cases, mentor managers, and lead change to support growth across our nationwide network. Responsibilities Lead strategic operations and process improvement initiatives across distribution and foodservice operations. Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive action plans to meet service, safety, and cost KPIs. Partner with sales, supply chain, and corporate teams to improve customer experience and efficiency. Implement and standardize best practices in warehouse, logistics, and inventory management. Use data and analytics to forecast demand, optimize capacity, and reduce waste. Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Develop business cases, budgets, and ROI analyses for operational enhancements and technology solutions. Report performance results and recommendations to leadership with clear, data-driven insights. Support and mentor managers and frontline leaders to build high-performing teams. Drive continuous improvement, change management, and adoption of new tools and processes.
