3009165407-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As an Operations Manager at Amazon in Transportation & Logistics, you will lead high-volume site operations to deliver industry-leading speed, quality, and safety. You'll own end-to-end performance across warehouse, transportation, and last-mile activities, using data to optimize processes, labor, and flow. You will hire, coach, and develop teams, driving a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, you will launch and scale new initiatives, solve complex operational challenges, and improve customer experience in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
