Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dealership Parts Manager to lead our automotive parts department with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory control, supplier relationships, procurement processes, and parts administration to ensure seamless operations that support our service and sales teams. Your proactive approach will drive efficiency, optimize supply chain management, and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Manage the entire parts inventory, including sourcing, ordering, and stock control to meet dealership demands efficiently. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to maximize cost savings and supply reliability. Oversee procurement management processes, ensuring timely purchase of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and accessories aligned with demand planning. Utilize inventory management systems. Coordinate logistics for shipping & receiving, ensuring accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and proper storage within warehouse management protocols. Supervise parts administration functions including data entry, parts sourcing, pricing updates, and internal communication across departments. Lead efforts in automotive diagnostics knowledge application for troubleshooting parts issues and supporting automotive service teams effectively. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management within an automotive dealership environment. Strong supplier management experience with excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and automotive parts & accessories management. Familiarity with warehouse management practices, inventory control systems, and logistics inventory management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting purposes. Mechanical knowledge of automotive parts is essential for effective sourcing and customer service support. Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate with sales teams, service departments, and external vendors seamlessly. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
