Job Description

Driving spare parts excellence through strategic planning, seamless fulfillment, and operational efficiency. The role of Materials & Process Manager is responsible for supporting and optimizing material management and Spare Parts process development within the After-Market Services (AMS) - Business Unit Tool Services. This position executes operational tasks related to material management activities, Tool Service Centers, and the Spare Parts Warehouse concerning spare parts management; the goal to reach the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and to drive customer satisfaction while upholding Hilti's culture and values. The position will work with various stakeholders in developing and executing product line strategies on supply and order fulfillment. What You'll Bring This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship (including initial, transfer, or extension), and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and remain authorized for the duration of employment without the need for sponsorship. Bachelor's degree, or in course, in Logistics, Business, Accounting or Purchasing or equivalent experience, required. Minimum zero (0) to two (2) years' Supply Chain Management experience required. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high performing team environment. Detail oriented, solid follow up, analytical, and organizational skills, required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Strong knowledge of PC and software applications required (MS-Office, SAP-R3, SAP S4/Hana, APO, BI). Understanding of Marketing principles to facilitate successful implementation of Hilti's Product Management and Marketing objectives. Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
