Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, organized Parts Manager to run our parts department and keep the shop moving. This person is the link between vendors, inventory, and the technicians — if parts aren't right or on time, the whole shop slows down. Duties Order, receive, stock, and issue diesel and heavy-duty parts Maintain accurate inventory and keep the parts area organized Look up and identify the correct parts (Cummins, Detroit, CAT, Volvo, Eaton, etc.) Work with vendors on pricing, availability, cores, and returns Process purchase orders, invoices, and warranty/core paperwork Get parts to technicians quickly so jobs don't sit Help with counter sales and customer parts requests as needed Keep records clean in our shop management system Requirements Proven experience in diesel / heavy-duty truck or equipment parts (shop, dealer, or fleet) Strong knowledge of OEM catalogs and parts lookup systems Solid inventory and purchasing habits — you know how to keep stock without drowning in dead parts Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep up in a busy shop Good communication with techs, vendors, and customers Valid driver's license Ability to lift and move parts as needed Computer comfort (parts software, email, basic Excel helpful) Join us as a Parts Manager where your expertise will fuel our growth! Pay:
$37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
