  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of tires (by size, brand, and tread type), wheels, and related parts to support tire sales, installations, repairs, and other services like wheel alignments
    and brake maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy, identify discrepancies, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Reorder tires, wheels, and parts when inventory drops to specified levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Organize stockroom and service areas, ensuring tires and wheels are properly sorted (e.g., by size, brand, or seasonal type) and accessible for ASE-certified technicians.
  • Update inventory records and prepare parts for automotive services
  • Train employees on inventory procedures, including proper handling, storage, and documentation of tires, wheels, and parts.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure adequate coverage for inventory-related tasks during peak service hours.
