Build a smarter, stronger supply chain. We're looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of sourcing, suppliers, inventory, logistics, and supply chain performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Finance to make sure we have the right materials at the right time and the right cost. What You'll Do Lead sourcing and procurement for materials, components, packaging, and production requirements. Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance, quality, and capacity. Ensure reliable material availability to support production and customer commitments. Manage inbound and outbound logistics and identify opportunities to reduce freight costs and improve delivery performance. Optimize inventory levels, safety stock, purchasing, and working capital. Identify supply chain risks and develop alternatesource and contingency strategies. Use data and KPIs to improve cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and overall supply chain performance. Lead crossfunctional and continuousimprovement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches. What You Bring 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, logistics, or manufacturing. Strong experience managing suppliers in a manufacturing environment. Proven sourcing, negotiation, inventory, and logistics experience. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with solid Excel capabilities. Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. A handson, collaborative approach and the ability to drive results across departments. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. Experience with strategic sourcing, international suppliers/global logistics, Lean or Six Sigma, and supply chain dashboards/KPIs. Willing to travel as required.
