Duties Lead and manage all processing activities within the processing epartment, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely. Coordinate cross-functional communication among production teams, , quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, developing solutions, and applying process improvement methodologies . Proven experience in production management within a processing environment with a strong understanding of I 502 traceability and standards. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent team leadership skills and cross-functional communication abilities. Familiarity with supply chain management practices including inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain analytics is advantageous.
