We are a family-owned and operated dealership that values our employees and provides opportunities to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have management experience , preferably in the RV, automotive, powersports, or related dealership industry . We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of leading and developing a successful parts department . Must dealership experience. A bonus plan may be available based on experience and proven performance. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department Sell RV parts, accessories, and related products to customers Order parts and maintain appropriate inventory levels Manage shipping and receiving Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate parts records Manage, train, and support Parts Department employees Organize and merchandise parts and accessories Maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays Work with spreadsheets, Excel, and Microsoft Office programs Provide excellent customer service and help resolve parts-related issues Help improve department sales, organization, and overall performance What We're Looking For Previous management or supervisory experience preferred RV or automotive parts experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and inventory-management skills Comfortable using computers, Excel, and dealership systems Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to lead, train, and motivate employees Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment Benefits 401(k) plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company bonus opportunities Opportunities for advancement Stable, long-term employment with an established family-owned dealership We are looking for a hardworking, positive, and enthusiastic Parts Manager who wants to build a career with a growing company.
