Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dealership Parts Manager to lead our parts department with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts and accessories, ensuring seamless operations that support our dealership's service and sales teams. Your expertise in supply chain management anfd supplier relations will drive efficiency, optimize inventory levels, and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Manage the entire parts inventory lifecycle, including sourcing, ordering, stocking, and distribution to ensure optimal availability for service and sales departments Utilize inventory management systems and ERP platforms to track parts usage, forecast demand, and execute demand planning strategies effectively Implement procurement management procedures to streamline parts sourcing and procurement processes Collaborate with internal teams on parts administration, pricing strategies, and internal communication to ensure accurate data entry and order management Monitor logistics inventory management metrics to reduce excess stock or shortages while maintaining high levels of customer service Requirements Experience in supply chain management with a focus on parts sourcing and inventory control Strong supplier management experience with negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for pricing and delivery Mechanical knowledge of Outdoor Power Equipment. Knowledge of logistics inventory management practices, including shipping & receiving processes and sourcing strategies. Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills across teams and external suppliers
Pay:
$42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
