They have the right inventory on the shelf, strong processes behind the scenes, a team that knows what's expected, and a manager who understands exactly how Parts impacts the entire dealership. We're looking for that manager. You'll oversee inventory levels and mix, purchasing, returns, special orders, manufacturer programs, pricing, expenses, and overall department profitability. You'll regularly dig into DMS reporting and department performance to find opportunities before they become problems. You'll work closely with Service to keep technicians productive, make sure the right parts are available when they're needed, improve internal processes, and remove the little operational roadblocks that cost time and money. You'll also look for opportunities to strengthen retail, internal, and wholesale business while keeping inventory productive and under control. You'll lead the Parts team, set expectations, coach performance, develop employees, and create accountability. We're looking for someone who can build a strong department without needing to micromanage every person in it. Automotive dealership Parts experience is important, and previous Parts leadership experience is strongly preferred.
