We're building a team of hands-on leaders who take ownership of quality, accuracy, and consistency across every stage of production. Job Summary We're hiring an Order Fulfillment & Inventory Supervisor to lead our pulling and inventory crew. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day order prep and fulfillment, keep inventory counts accurate, and work closely with the packaging team to keep orders moving smoothly and on time. You'll also help uphold our Standards of Conduct & Discipline and set the tone for a well-run, accountable team.
Compensation & Schedule Training Pay:
$17.13/hour for your first month
Standard Pay:
$19.13/hour once training is complete

Team:
Delegate daily and weekly tasks, track attendance and breaks, monitor production rates, and coach crew members
Train & Evaluate:
Onboard new hires and assess their skills through written and hands-on evaluations
Own Inventory Accuracy:
Complete weekly inventory counts, log data into Master Inventory sheets, and keep storage areas tidy and organized
Pull & Prep Orders:
Pick product — flower, joints, and concentrates — and prepare orders for fulfillment
Check Quality:
Conduct quality control inspections and step in on final packaging as needed
Reduce Errors:
Log pulling errors, share weekly error reports, and coaching the team toward greater accuracy
Manage Paperwork:
Print premanifests and box labels, and keep the Pull Team tracker current
Keep Everyone Aligned:
Update Basecamp to-do lists, flag order needs to the packaging team, and send end-of-shift reports
Stay Compliant:
Ensure product labeling meets requirements and keep the workspace clean and organized
Support Other Teams:
Cross-train on inspecting and shipping, assist other departments, and contribute to R D projects as needed What You Bring Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Trimming or plant-care experience is a plus, but not required Comfort with computers and tracking software is preferred Able to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Good judgment and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced setting Ready to Lead This Team?
