Job Description

Account " Facility" / Route Supervisor
  • Janitorial Services
  • Evenings Hourly Pay Rate:
    $16.00 Monday
  • 8pm-12am
  • ONE LOCATION
    Tuesday
  • 9am-11am; 4pm-12am (one day shift of rotating businesses) ROUTE Wednesday
  • 4pm-12am ROUTE Thursday
  • 8pm-12am
  • ONE LOCATION
    Friday
  • 8pm-12am
  • ONE LOCATION
    No Weekends; 28-32 hours per week This position is in charge of all aspects of a nightly shift at 4M. This position will be responsible for vehicle prep, driving the company vehicle from business to business, keeping up with keys and alarm codes to each client
  • all the while leading a staff of cleaners through cleaning tasks at each business.
Duties of the position include:
directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team Planning and preparing teamwork schedules coaching and training Implementing 4M standards ensuring efficiency and consistency Resolving client issues Maintaining accurate records Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment Hands-on cleaning alongside your team Benefits Why this job is great for you! Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Janitorial experience Professional Driving experience Superviser experience is preferred Successful drug screening and background check.
