Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transportation Coordinator to join our Assisted Living team. In this role you will work closely with the Administrator and/or Resident Care Coordinator to ensure that all appointments for residents are scheduled in a timely manor. Duties Coordinate and schedule appointments Communicate with Administrator/RCC to ensure all referrals are scheduled in a timely manor Follow up with the Admin/RCC after each appointment for new orders and follow up appointments Maintain accurate records of appointments Provide transportation for activities. Maintain cleanliness of transportation vehicle Qualifications . A valid driver's license required.
